TERMS & CONDITIONS

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Check-In: 3:00 PM

Check-Out: 12:00 PM

Late Check-out Hour: 2:00 PM

Late Check-out Fees: €60.00

Late check-out (after 12:00 PM and before 2:00 PM) may result in a fee.

Property and Cancelation Policies:

1.Cancellation within 14 days of check-in date

1.1.If a guest cancels their reservation within 14 days of counting the check-in details, the total amount of the stay will be charged in full. This includes all nights booked and any additional services previously agreed.

2.Modification of Reservations

2.1. Modifications to reservations, including changes to dates of stay, number of guests or additional services, are subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees. Modifications must be requested in advance and approved by management.

3.No Attendance

3.1. In case of no comparison (no-show), where a guest does not check in the reservation details and does not communicate the cancellation, the total amount of the stay will be charged in full.

4. Early Cancellation

4.1.If a guest decides to leave early during their stay, the full amount of the originally booked stay will be charged, regardless of the notice period.

5.Refunds

5.1. There will be no refunds or credits for reservations canceled within 14 days of the check-in date or in case of non-comparison.

6.Cancellation by Travassos 11

6.1.We reserve the right to cancel a reservation for reasons of force majeure, including property-related issues or unforeseen events. In this case, we will try every effort to refund the full reservation amount or offer alternative accommodation, at the guest's own prices.

7. Cancellation Notice

7.1.All cancellations must be communicated in writing by email or through the reservation system at least 14 days before the check-in date to avoid charges.

8.Acceptance of the Cancellation Policy

8.1. When making a reservation at Travassos 11, you agree to this cancellation policy and if canceled within a period of 14 days from the date of check-in, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
